The Role:
 
Our client is looking for Registered Nurses for permanent roles in a residential aged care facility located in the heart of Yeppoon, Queensland. If you're a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for aged care, our client offers a fulfilling opportunity in a thriving metroplis setting. 

Summary of Duties: 

• Provide care, advice & guidance to residents. 
• Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing. 
• Accurate completion of relevant documentation 
• Review & update resident documentation. 
• Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met. 

Skills and Experience: 

• AHPRA Registered Nurse registration. 
• Experience in working in age care setting. 
• Accreditation knowledge & experience. 
• Understanding & working knowledge of AN-ACC processes. 
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
