Form of workCairns Industries is a building and civil construction company based in Borroloola, Northern Territory. We are seeking an experienced MC Truck Driver, Grader and Machine operator to join our team.
Essential:
- Construction Industry White Card.
- Valid Drivers licence, unrestricted MC preferred and/or valid machinery tickets
- Strong safety commitment.
- Capable of working unsupervised on small jobs and part of a team on larger projects.
- Willing to help in other areas of the business when required.
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous machinery and driving experience
- High risk licence - Crane and Forklift, Working at heights ticket an advantage.
- Health and Safety training, first aid certificate also desirable but not essential
This is a live in position requiring relocation to Borroloola. It is not a fly in, fly out position. Single person accommodation only available. Ideal position for those that love the remote lifestyle and enjoy fishing and camping.
We offer a diverse range of services to the Borroloola region, therefore there are many opportunities to allow you to expand on your skill set. No two days work will be the same.
Wages negotiable based on experience.
