As a Roadside Assistance driver, your job is to help stranded customers get their vehicles back on the road as quickly and as safely as possible.
In some instances, a customer vehicle will need to be towed to our preferred workshop for repairs, or be taken to another repairer of their choice. The roadside assist service van will liaise with the tow truck driver to orchestrate this.
You will be working on an agreed rotating roster with the ability to work overtime and earn bonuses.
We require Roadside Assistance drivers for immediate start.
Ideally, we are seeking someone who is local to the Gold Coast Region and knows the area well to keep the response times to callouts at a minimum.
All training will be provided for the right applicant.
You can escape the workshop or office to have a role where you can help others by completing a variety of tasks and enjoying the scenery while you do it!

We will provide you with a weekly ongoing rotating roster and job security.
Qualifications & experience:
- Automotive diagnostic & problem-solving skills.
- Current Driver's License - Ute Driver
- Ability to make minor mechanical repairs.
- Testing of Automotive batteries and charging systems.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Provide Emergency Roadside Assistance for members vehicles.
- Assessing vehicle break downs, offering excellent advice and providing solutions.
- Fault diagnosis and minor mechanical repairs.
- Adhering to Occupational Health & Safety guidelines.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage yourself.
- Ability to work a rotational roster is essential. This includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.
