Roadside Assistance Technician

We are seeking 2 Roadside Assistance drivers to work for our busy Roadside Assist Company in Canberra.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a mechanical background and or Roadside Assist /battery replacement experience for IMMEDIATE START - EXTRA TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES.

Services our company supplies to major insurance companies.

Jump Starts

Battery Replacements

Lock outs

Tire changes

Emergency Fuel

Wrong Fuel Drains

Applicants need to have:

• An open manual driver's license with a good driving record. 
• An obvious passion and respect for cars (and their drivers!)
• Excellent technical ability, strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills, answering phone calls (phone manners essential)

* Must write and speak fluent English 

* Living around Canberra suburbs is a MUST as we do cover a large area 

* A friendly & out-going personality, good work ethics and communication skills 

* Neat & Tidy personal presentation 

* Cash Handling and EFTPOS experience an advantage but not essential 

*  Mobile phone, vehicle, tools & equipment, and all uniforms/PPE provided. 

* More information will be explained during the interview process. 

* A short trial period is a part of the selection process. 

Position 1. Full time position 900 to 1800 Mon to Fri. Award wage .

Position 2. Contractor not Hourly Rate Position .All Tools Supplied.

Mon 800 to 1800 

Tues 800 to 1800 

Fri 1030 to 2230 

Sat 1030 to 2230

Sun 1030 to 2230

We pay our Contractors at a rate of $$$ per Job and $$$ per every Battery Sold .

Own white van required in good condition -if needed can supply company van at a weekly cost . 

Successful contract applicant will need to have their own registered Company Pty Ltd and must have their own insurance, or we can help organise this through our broker if needed.

Contractor will pay own fuel cost.
