Key Responsibilities:
- Perform emergency roadside services with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of safety and operational compliance.
- Manage and document service tasks accurately and timely.
- Maintain and operate service trucks and equipment according to company standards.
- Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic, Automotive Electrician, or a 3rd-year apprentice.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage your workload.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills across various vehicle types.
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Previous tow truck operation experience is an advantage.
