Form of workSharmar Road Services is the external service provider for the RACQ covering Cairns and the surrounding region.The roll of Patrol Person involves assisting RACQ members roadside. The position is full time and involves working a rotational roster that includes weekends, day and afternoon/evening shifts with call backs as required.A minimum of a Queensland light vehicle drivers licence is required but a MR licence is preferred . A trade background is benificial. Persons without a trade background but posessing a desire to assist RACQ members with their motoring needs roadside are encouraged to apply. Full training is provided to the right applicant. The position of Patrol Person will require the sucsessful applicant to carry out additional training in Brisbane after a qualifing period.
A Queensland Police clearance is required prior to the commencement of employment with Sharmar Road Services.
