About the client
Our key client, focused on large Civil projects located in Blue Mountains are seeking experienced Roller Operators to join their team.

These positions will see you working day shift Monday to Friday, on an ongoing basis with OT and weekends available.

You will also be required to live onsite for the work week, with all food and accommodation paid for.

About the role
Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Operating a roller – Pad foot and Smooth Drum
• Spotting Machinery
• Trenching
• Pit and Pipe works
• Site Set Up / Demobilisation
• General Labouring Duties

To be successful for this role you will need to have the following: 

• Experience on roads, subdivisions, and other civil orientated sites
• Hold have a roller ticket or VOC
• Must possess a Construction OHS White card
• Availability to work Monday to Friday/ 10 Hour days
• Willing to travel up to 1 hr
• Own transport (as sites are not accessible by public transport)
• A “don’t let the crew down” attitude
