AddressSOS Enterprises Pty Ltd is a sustainable growing company specialising in Building and Maintenance. We are currently seeking a qualified experienced Roof Plumber to join our friendly team. Our head office is based in Fremantle, with works carried out on various sites in the Perth Metro Area.
The position on offer is ABN or potential full time with regular work available.
Your duties will include;
- Experience with Government, Residential and Commercial Roofing
- Onsite reports
- Roof leak detection and repairs
- Guttering and downpipe replacement
- Flashing replacement
- Roof replacements
- All aspects of roofing
To be the successful candidate for this role, it is preferred that you have some or all of the following attributes:
- 3 years' experience in a similar role and/or trade qualified
- Strong commitment to safety on site
- Knowledge of OH&S requirements
- Current Police Clearance or willing to provide one
- Valid Driver's License
- WAH essential
- EWP tickets are an Advantage
- White Card
- Strong work ethic, good people skills, fit and reliable
- General building maintenance experience (optional)
- Own tools or all supplied
In house labour support available.
Hourly rate is negotiable and dependent on qualifications and experience.
