AHM Consulting Pty Ltd has been authorised by NYSE TRUST to recruit a skilled and experienced Roof Plumber. This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of $100,000 - $110,000 per annuum plus superannuation.

We require an experienced, zinc and copper Roof Plumber to join our company.
Suitable candidates are expected to be able to perform the following duties:
· Ensure performance, safety, quality, and cultural standards are maintained
· Schedule job/tasks to effectively utilised staff
· Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and accountability skills to ensure team performance and standards are upheld at all times
· Excellent people skills and ability to motivate and inspire other team members
· Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with team members and clients
· Install, maintain and repair flashings, metallic roof and wall claddings and rainwater products such as gutters and downpipes.
· Studies drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
· Fabricating and installing metal roofing, rainwater goods and flashings.
Candidates are also required to hold a relevant qualification and skills such as a:
· Must have previous experience in Copper and Zinc Roofing.
· Minimum Technical Competencies.
· Relevant trade qualification as Roof Plumber Technical knowledge in Zinc and Copper Roofing.
· Driver’s Licence.
· Elevated platform licence.
· Construction induction card (Whitecard).
· Personal competencies related to company values.
· Strong customer service ethic.
· Strong written and verbal communication attributes.
· Proven ability to form positive working relationships within a team, including subordinates and management.
· Project and subcontractor management skills.
· Ability to assess the difference between urgent and important tasks and to schedule work accordingly.
· Ability to handle a wide range of personalities with equal ability.
· Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
· Attention to detail.

· Approachable for assistance to subordinates.

· Managerial Authorities - Supervisory authorities within limits set by Operations Manager.
