Skills and experience
You will possess strong leadership skills and commercial acumen. Your ability to organize, motivate and inspire a team of Customer Service reps, Estimators, installers and Project Managers to be the best they can be, and to provide our business partners with the best service available is second to none.
To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record in a similar role delivering roofing, building or trades & services to the highest level with proven experience in managing a team.
The successful candidate must posses but not limited to the following:
- Min 3 years Operations Management experience
- Degree level qualification (preferred)
- Roofing knowledge/experience desired. Or trades and or service background
- Relevant trade qualification
- Highly organized & Ambitious
- Team player/organizer
- Clean driving license
