About You!
We are actively searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to join our expanding team as an Estimator Sales. The ideal candidate should be ready to hit the ground running and take a leading role in exciting projects across Melbourne and surrounding areas.
To succeed in this role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. The successful candidate should be self-driven, able to engage with customers, and complete daily tasks in a professional manner.
Estimator Sales Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing detailed cost estimates for roofing projects.
- Engaging with clients to discuss project scope and estimates.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate project execution.
- Utilizing estimating and sales software to manage proposals and track progress.
- Conducting site visits to assess project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in estimating or sales is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using estimating and project management software.
