As a Diploma Qualified / Bachelor Qualified Room Leader you will oversee the planning and implementation of interactive, nurturing and child led learning activities that reflect the EYLF & VEYLDF to a group of 11 children and a team of 4.
You will be working in collaboration with the qualified and experienced educators in the room to create a safe, respectful and nurturing environment for the children to thrive and be ready for school in the coming years.

About You
You are someone who values team relationships and collaboration. Someone who believes in advocating for children's voices and has a strong understanding of the EYLF & VEYLDF. As well as how to implement the frameworks into your planning and everyday learning. Ideally you will have at least 1 year of experience working as a Room Leader.
As the Room Leader, you would hold a:
- Diploma in EC / Bachelor's in Teaching (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent
- 1 or more years experience of leading a team
- Current WWCC (Employee)
- First Aids, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Current Working rights in Australia
