YOUR ROLE
Working in their iconic 5 star property you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of this dynamic front office, including rooms/housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring that your guests receive outstanding service and guest experiences. You will also excel in creating and implementing training programs to upskill a diverse team.

• Front office management experience in a large-scale hotel or resort
