Rostering Coordinator Hybrid Position

Choice Support Plus is a family-owned & operated support service which provides support in the northwest region of Tasmania, which provides services to assist those with a disability in the Devonport, Burnie, Ulverstone, Wynyard, Latrobe, Sheffield & surrounding areas.

Please note: This is a remote position working from your home, after initial training in the office.

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Rostering Coordinator to join our team at Choice Support Plus, males are encouraged to apply. As the Rostering Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for our support workers and ensuring that they are matched with the right participants and that all appointments are properly scheduled. 

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain schedules for support workers/participants 
• Ensure schedules align with participants' needs and NDIS guidelines
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust schedules as needed
• Communicate schedule changes to support workers and participants 
• Provide support to participants, support workers, and team members as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of schedules and participant information
• On-call as required 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Rostering Coordinator or similar role (desired) 
• Knowledge of NDIS and disability support services (desired)
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Drivers license and vehicle & full comprehensive insurance (this is mandatory)
• Working With Vulnerable People Check (NDIS Endorsed)
• National Police Check (less than 3 years old)
