About AMS:

About Your Role:

Reporting into the Resource Co-Ordinator, you will work as part of a small team to help support the business. This hybrid position is located in Campbelltown 1 day per week minimum in the office, with the option of 4 days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage staff rosters, ensuring appropriate allocation of frontline employees based on participant needs and contractual obligations.
  • Respond promptly to changes in scheduling, including unforeseen events, leave requests, and adjustments to ensure continuous service delivery.
  • Regularly review and analyse rostering data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with support teams and management to address roster-related concerns and implement solutions.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to staff scheduling.
  • Complete Ad hoc tasks as requested. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold formal qualifications relevant to this position in Office Administration, Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Discretion required at all times as dealing with confidential information.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Process driven, highly organised and efficient.
  • Knowledge of the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 desirable, but not essential
