Job Description: 

The ideal candidate will ideally be proficient and have experience with the following systems:

• Corporate Audio Visual & Video Conferencing Technologies including but not limited to:
  • Presentation Spaces
  • Video Conferencing Meeting Rooms
  • Huddle Spaces
  • Digital Signage
  • Theatres
• IP/Networking
• Microsoft Windows and Office Suite software
• Crestron
• QSC
• Biamp
• Bose
• Microsoft Teams Rooms
• Brightsign
• Logitech
• Cisco
• Sennheiser
• LG
• Samsung
• Panasonic

Duties would include:

• In person technical support for end users utilising AV meeting rooms and non-VC AV spaces at client head office
• Remote technical support for end users utilising AV meeting rooms and non-VC AV spaces at client remote sites 
• Regular, ongoing preventative maintenance of all supported AV spaces
• Ensuring AV systems comply with client standards and framework
• Seamless coordination with client technical teams for integrated communication
• Pre meeting checks for AV spaces to be performed
• Presence during high profile meetings and events
• Assisting AV subcontractors with installation and commissioning of new AV systems
