This entry-level role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes related to enrolment, student completions, data management, and stakeholder communications. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining compliance and operational efficiency within our educational services.Key ResponsibilitiesEnrolment Assistance:
- Aid in the student enrolment process by ensuring all forms and documents are accurately collected and filed.
- Verify that each enrolment adheres to compliance standards and operational guidelines.
- Assist in managing the administrative aspects of student completions, including the timely processing of necessary paperwork and updates to student records.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure all student information is accurately recorded in the database.
- Conduct regular quality checks of data to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies as needed.
- Handle routine enquiries from trainers and students regarding administrative procedures, course enrolment, and completion processes.
- Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks, ensuring that all documentation is prepared and organized.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports and records as required by the department.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in Business Administration, Compliance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of administrative processes and compliance frameworks is preferred but not required.
