Job description

About the role

The role of RTO Training Administrator at TasNetworks performs a range of functions including:

  • Coordinating and supporting various training workshops for internal and external customers
  • Collaboration with and managing business stakeholders
  • Updating of systems and spreadsheets, preparing reports and issuing of documentation
  • General administrative tasks including financial management processes

This role plays an important part in supporting the delivery of training programs required within our business.

About you

You'll possess strong organizational and administrative skills, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Our preferred candidate will hold a Cert IV in Business Administration, ideally with experience in managing and administering training within a Registered Training Organisation.

Your knowledge of RTO standards (or ability to acquire), coupled with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and stakeholder management will see you succeed in this role.
