- Manage wound care and support residents with diabetes and chronic diseases, promoting optimal health outcomes.
- Advocate for the rights and autonomy of residents, ensuring they receive dignified care. Provide emotional support to residents and their families, acknowledging the potential isolation and challenges faced in remote settings.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments, monitoring vital signs and collecting data to inform effective care plans.
- Provide a range of treatments and procedures, including medication administration, nutrition management, and pressure care, ensuring residents' comfort and well-being.
- Minimum 6 months clinical experience as an RN in Australia
- Valid Australian working rights / visas
- AHPRA Registration
- Knowledgeable of relevant legislation and regulations governing clinical practice.
- Proficient in interpersonal and written communication.
