About the role
Owing to internal staff movements within Council, a unique opportunity exists for a temporary Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to play a critical role in Council’s commitment to the overall health and safety of its workers, contractors and visitor. You will liaise with management and staff concerning matters of health and safety while assisting the Coordinator and maintaining and managing Council’s safety management systems.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in safety management and legislation
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work in a small team across a number of locations
Pay Level $2,958.17 – 3,148.62 per fortnight (Level 4) + superannuation.
In accordance with Council’s Enterprise Agreement and the relevant Award.
Pay rate dependent on relevant skills and experience.
Status Temporary , Full-time (approx. 5 months)
Hours of Work 72.5 hours per fortnight, 9 day fortnight or as negotiated
