About the Role
Reporting to the Manager-Culture Capability, the Cultural Change Facilitator's primary responsibility will be to develop and facilitate programs that build and continuously improve Safety Culture across Sime Darby Berhad (SDB). This involves coaching and mentoring frontline leaders and teams on safety leadership behaviours that align with principles underpinning "No Harm".
As a professional in your field, you will ensure safety and management systems are utilised for self and peers and that agreed methods and measures are followed for reliable results for customers.
Key responsibilities:
This role will involve the following key duties and responsibilities:
- Facilitate the delivery of Safety Culture change and safety leadership program across SDB
- Assist in the development and implementation of training frameworks and engagement with the operations team
- Provide coaching to support frontline leaders to upskill them on safety leadership practices
- Assist in the deployment and promotion across multiple organisations
- Develop and implement role specific training packages, aligned with individual roles and company requirements
- Travel to all locations across Sime Darby Group to facilitate programs and provide leadership coaching

- Minimum five years' experience in a facilitation role delivering cultural change or leadership programs
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate challenging discussions with respect and integrity
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Behavioral Science or equivalent work experience
- Have a passion for inspiring other to be the best version of themselves
- Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office and a variety of delivery platforms
- Proven experience working across multiple disciplines within a fast-paced environment achieving multiple deadlines through proactive problem solving and prioritization
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills - the ability to build relationships at various levels
- Domestic Travel (and possible international travel) required
