What We're Looking For:

Passionate Professionals: Bring your positive attitude and adaptability to promote continued safety improvements within our organisation.

Engaging Communicators: Communicate professionally and respectfully with stakeholders at all levels.

Team Players: Collaborate with directorates and key stakeholders to support key safety priorities within the business.

Technical Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and associated regulations, Code of Practises and compliance standards.

In all roles you will demonstrate a professional engaging and respectful approach to all safety and wellbeing matters. Partnering with our directorates and key stakeholders will underpin your day-to-day operation of providing advice and support on key Safety priorities within the business.

As a Safety Business Partner your role will be to help strengthen our safety capability, compliance and culture by using your relationship building, communication skills and safety experience to improve our safety practices, partner with key stakeholders, respond to incidents and undertake investigations.

The Safety Project Officer position is focused on improving our policies, procedures, processes and safety management system as we implement a digital safety management system solution.

The Safety and Wellbeing team is looking to appoint three positions. As part of your application, you will be asked to state which of the Safety positions you are applying for. You are able to indicate your preference for more than one role.
