Employing almost 3000 staff their services encompass trainees, apprenticeships, DES, Workforce Australia, training, blue & white-collar recruitment, and executive search.
The Role
As a Safety & Rehabilitation officer you will be providing essential services across the whole group of companies, processing claims across all states and from a range of industries.
Your duties will include:
- Coordinate and process Workers Compensation claims and workplace rehabilitation cases.
- Report on and efficiently and thoroughly record all incidents and injuries.
- The implementation and monitoring of the Group Rehabilitation Policy and Procedure.
- Promote the benefits of effective return to work planning and rehabilitation in the workplace.
- Assist operational management to effectively implement and manage their rehabilitation responsibilities.
Please Note: This is a remote / WFH / Hyrid option role. You can be based anywhere in Australia and have the option of either working from home FT or operating via a hybrid model (whichever suits you best).
Candidate Criteria
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced injury, incident, and rehabilitation specialist with experience processing claims from WA, QLD and/or Victoria. You will have excellent attention to detail and strong data entry / data processing skills.
Remuneration
This role is positioned around the $75'000k - $85'000k mark inclusive of super. This is a 6-month, fixed term contract.
