About the role

Applications are currently invited for the casual position of Sailing Coach to commence ASAP. The primary focus of the position is to support the Director of Coaching and Head of Sailing to implement Brighton Grammar School's coaching framework. This is a great opportunity for passionate Sailing Coaches to join our team supporting the development of students participating in the sport. We have multiple roles available, and open to all experinece levels. 

In order to be considered for this opportunity, the successful applicant will require:

  • An understanding of the skills and tactics of sailing.
  • The ability to make sound judgements, coordinate activities and meet deadlines without supervision.
  • The ability to work autonomously with high levels of motivation – yet also able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Well-developed oral and written communications skills.
  • A current employee Working with Children Check.
