SalaryThis is an opportunity to work for a GP Training and Teaching Practice which boasts an excellent team environment, and superb staff retention. They have a close team who are very supportive and who socialise outside of work. The clinical workload and workload is shared equally between all Doctors, making it a very fair working environment for all. They have a growing MDT which has integrated well and have recently changed their systems to EMIS.
Salary - £11,000-£11,500 per session + indemnity cover + 6 weeks' annual leave + 1 week study leave
Location - Woolwich
The surgery -
- Supportive, mid-sized GP Training practice
- Mixed patient base
- Caring, concerning practice that think about their doctors
- Weekly clinical meetings
- Supportive practice with harmonious team
- CQC Good across the board
Your role -
- 4 - 6 sessions - across Wednesday and Friday, possible Monday if 6 sessions
- Shared workload and no duty doctor system
- Very low home visiting - circa 1 per week
- Working as part of a highly organised GP and Multi-Disciplinary Team
- Extended hours once per month with a late start
