This well managed practice is looking for a Salaried GP to join their training practice. The Practice which is overlooking the beach is a strong community practice with support to develop special interest areas, and room to progress to Partnership. There is a strong team consisting of existing Partners and Salaried GPs, ANPS, Paramedics, Mental Health Practitioners, MSK Practitioners, Social Prescriber's and a Health and well-being coach.
The practice is looking for 4 - 8 session Salaried GP, undertaking 10 - 12 consultations per session, with no home visits nor duty Doctor.
The practice is using Systm One and have a 'Good' CQC score across all areas.
Key Duties

• Salaried GP Role with view to Partnership available
• 4-8 sessions available
• Training practice offering support for GPs wishing to become trainers
• Support on offer for GPs wanting to develop interest areas
• Stable team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs
• List size of circa 9,000
• Excellent clinical and clerical support teams
• Good CQC report across all areas
• Workload of circa 10 - 12 consultations per session
• No home visits
• No duty Doctor
• No extended hours required
• Flexible session start and finish times
• Use Systm One
• On site parking

Package and Benefits

• £11,000 - £11,500 per session per annum
• Indemnity costs covered
• 6 weeks annual leave
• 1 week CPD leave
• NHS pension enrolment
• Contract in line with BMA model contract

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

• Registered GP with the GMC, possess the right to work in the UK, included on NHS performers list
