Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new customers and new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base and increase market share in the Frame & Truss market in your given territory.
- Leverage your strong network and connections within the industry to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and complete reports via company CRM.
- Build and maintain a well-planned calendar with pre planned sales strategies of current & new customers.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure consistent sales approach and successful client onboarding.
- Ability to sell in new skews to current customers along with new business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
About you:
- A strong technical background in the Frame & Truss industry desirable
- Passion for winning new sales
- Proven track record of dealing with key accounts
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional negotiation skills and high sales conversion rates
- Strong organisational skills with a solution-based approach
- Proactive attitude and methodology in carrying out tasks with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to work a strong new sales pipeline
- An energetic, passionate, and dedicated approach
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to multi-task
- Initiative to work with minimal direction
- Capability to prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver outcomes

- Full Driver’s license & Permanent Australian Residency
