Responsibilities- Work closely with Sales Manager in order to achieve objectives of the group.
- Assist Sales Manager in identifying new opportunities and maximizing potential returns.
- Supporting Sales Manager attending the Travel Trade and Road Shows to promote the brand.
- Preparing Sales weekly and monthly reports.
- Supporting Sales Manager in conducting meeting, negotiations and closing the contracts.
- Together with Sales Manager identifying new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
- Assisting Sales Manager to understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, etc.
- Assisting with collating database and promotional mail outs.
- Supporting the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Prepare Customer Survey summaries on a regular basis.
- Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service standards of the company.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of PPG and Aerotel products and services.
- Building relationship with all stakeholders.
The successful candidate must have:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a Commercial role
- Relevant degree in a Sales/Business major
- Admin experience and ability to multi-task and work in a challenging day to day office environment.
- Possess sharp business acumen & ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong communication skills with an excellent command of English
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
- Strong client relationship skills and account management experience at all levels
- Be used to selling a high quality, luxury product.
- Driven towards maximizing sales and meeting departmental budgets.
- Excellent project management and time management.
- Have a confident and outgoing personality.
- Be a team player but can work independently.
- Self-starter, focused on making great things happen, and will have a natural and engaging style.
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer service ethic and the ability to build strong working relationships.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Power Point, Adobe, Excel)
