Responsibilities 
  • Work closely with Sales Manager in order to achieve objectives of the group.
  • Assist Sales Manager in identifying new opportunities and maximizing potential returns.
  • Supporting Sales Manager attending the Travel Trade and Road Shows to promote the brand.
  • Preparing Sales weekly and monthly reports.
  • Supporting Sales Manager in conducting meeting, negotiations and closing the contracts.
  • Together with Sales Manager identifying new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals.
  • Assisting Sales Manager to understands the overall market - competitors' strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, etc.
  • Assisting with collating database and promotional mail outs.
  • Supporting the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Prepare Customer Survey summaries on a regular basis.
  • Provides excellent customer service consistent with the daily service standards of the company.
  • Develop an in-depth knowledge of PPG and Aerotel products and services.
  • Building relationship with all stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Commercial role
  • Relevant degree in a Sales/Business major
  • Admin experience and ability to multi-task and work in a challenging day to day office environment.
  • Possess sharp business acumen & ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills with an excellent command of English 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong client relationship skills and account management experience at all levels 
  • Be used to selling a high quality, luxury product.
  • Driven towards maximizing sales and meeting departmental budgets. 
  • Excellent project management and time management.
  • Have a confident and outgoing personality.
  • Be a team player but can work independently.
  • Self-starter, focused on making great things happen, and will have a natural and engaging style. 
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong customer service ethic and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office, Power Point, Adobe, Excel)
