The role will be responsible for the effective execution of all marketing initiatives and ensuring overall brand objectives are met.
The daily duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage the full sales cycle for your allocated region
- Work to individual and team targets, as well as focused KPI's
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation
- Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly
- Unlock new users of company products and workflow
- Balance attraction of new customers and partner with retention and growth of existing customers and partners
- Be omni-present across all verticals with a focus on key markets including film, TV, Live, Fixed Install and more
- Working with our direct partner network to increase our company's presence in the region
- Organise demos and technical pre-sales and post-sales activity using the Technical Solutions team
- Work with the EMEA Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers
- Work with the VP Sales EMEA to plan, resolve issues and ensure good communication across the team
- Work with the marketing team to generate interest and knowledge of the brand across Australia & NZ
- Strong knowledge of direct sales and reselling networks in previous sales roles
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Design and implement a strategic business development plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it's strong presence in managed regions.
Experience & Skills
- 5 plus years in direct, complex, solution led selling
- Experience of lead generation
- Experience of working with decision makers and closing deals
- Clear achievement of ambitious targets and growth
- Multi-lingual preferred (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Russian)
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Commercially minded, with a proven track record of sales growth
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
