The opportunity…
We are looking for a full-time permanent Sales and Service Consultant to join our team and well-established brand. You will be based at our office in Darby Plaza with parking provided in walking distance.
As a Sales and Service Consultant, you will use your sales & customer service skills to knowledgably discuss our PD products, and Service our customer's needs.
We will provide you with a great work environment and the opportunity to participate in a competitive incentive program.
What your day will look like…
- Answering inbound calls, emails, and chats to service our customer needs and provide outstanding service when assisting with policy queries and administration.
- You will establish relationships with customers to uncover their needs and match them to a suitable insurance option to protect what is important to them.
We would love to hear from you if you…
- Have previous demonstrated customer service experience;
- Have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Love working for a customer centric organisation who makes a difference;
- Have strong attention to detail, organisational and administration skills; and
- Are confident to uncover a customers needs to sell a product.
An insurance, financial service or call centre background is highly regarded but not essential. What is most important to us is your positive energy, customer service ethic and of course your willingness to be part of a great team.
