The successful candidate will possess:
- Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate 4 in Property
- Real Estate/sales experience of 6 - 12 months would be preferred but not essential
- The ability to remain calm and continue to progress when under pressure
- Exemplary attention to detail and pride in the level of service they provide to clients
- Excellent time management, prioritisation & communication skills
- high degree of computer literacy (ie: Microsoft, Outlook etc)
- Positive and resilient nature
- Tenacious, team player, 'can-do' attitude
- Pride in their presentation
- Current driver's license & a reliable vehicle
- Available to work Saturday's
What are your responsibilities?
- Assisting dominant inner-city agents
- Assist with buyer management
- Completing Open and Private inspections
- Attending building inspections and bank valuations
- Attending pre-sale appointments
- Compilation of accurate market analysis'
- Assist in arranging marketing campaigns
- Liaising with clients to generate new businesses
- Championing the current database and building your own network of clientele
Note: Saturday's are required for this role.
