Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Success: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly sales targets and contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Expert Fitting: Conduct fittings for made-to-measure menswear, ensuring precise measurements and superior fit.
- Client Styling: Assist clients in selecting ready-to-wear suits, providing styling advice based on their preferences.
- Showroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, showcasing the collection effectively.
- Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns regarding their purchases or alterations.
- Brand Standards: Uphold brand standards by staying up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and tailoring techniques (Training will be provided)
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, achieving weekly/monthly targets.
- Tailoring Experience: Experience as a fitter/tailor in the made-to-measure menswear industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
