Primary Role
- General administration & database management
- Personal assistant to Sales consultant
- Booking appraisals & appointments
- Production of marketing material
- Preparation of listing information packs for appraisals
- Data entry
- Client liaison
- Diary management
- Preparing vendor reports
- Client care & buyer follow up
The Applicant
- Positive, hardworking, eager to learn and self-motivated
- Excellent people skills
- Great communicator
- Be tech savvy
- Valid Driver License & reliable transport
- High level of personal presentation
Requirements
- Real Estate Sales Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong admin skills with high attention to detail
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills
- Work/Excel/Publisher skills
- Social media management
- Ability to work autonomously and with initiative
