About the role
As a Sales Assistant, you will confidently engage our customers, offering advice and product information on their specific pet needs by taking the time to ask questions about their pets.You will identify opportunities to promote preventative treatment and complete care.
With each day you will take pride in your responsibility to:
- Greet customers with a warm welcome and offer a high sense of customer care.
- Educate customers on our services and the best care for their pets.
- Attend to the presentation of the store.
- Replenish stock and stock rotation.
- Keep up to date on pet products and services we provide
About you
- A pet enthusiast with experience as a Retail Sales Assistant committed to providing the best customer service.
- Able to work full time (38 hours) on a Thursday - Monday roster.
- Able to lift 20 kgs.
- Committed and positive team player.
