This role is permanent part-time, five (5) hours per day Monday to Friday. It requires someone with a strong background in retail sales with FRESH PRODUCE. Ideally, you’d have experience and skills that include, (but are not limited to):
• An appreciation and understanding of organic produce and its production and consumption
• A good knowledge of stock rotation and stock control
• Expert food handling skills and quality control
• Sales and margin management
