The Sales Assistant is the support for the Sales Team based out of our Green Square office. The role entails providing support to the Sales Agents through the entire sales process from listing, the sales campaign, vendor and buyer management through to settlement. Support is provided in the way of nurturing client relationships, concise administration practices and organisation at all stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities include:
- Planning and organise open homes and agent calendars
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, photographers & solicitors
- Attending open homes and private inspections
- Database management
- Handling phone and email enquiry from buyers
- Assist with Market Appraisals, research and pricing preparation.
- Client care & buyer follow up
