We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales/Administration Assistant to become part of and support our team.
About the role:
- Provide administrative support to Sales Manager
- Perform administration/reception duties as required
- Assist with marketing activities
- Maintain administration systems, including records, mail, filing and archiving of records
- Undertake other duties, as required
Applicant Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Have excellent customer service skills and phone manner and communicate effectively with clients
- Available to work 9 am - 5 pm
- Fluent in Chinese and English
- Sales experience, office work experience or accounting experience preferred
- Have a minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good work ethic and a positive “can do” attitude
