Your day to day duties would include;
- Diary Management – Booking appointments
- Liaising with the marketing & administration team
- Email management
- Manage vendor, buyer enquiry, solicitors
- Data entry into CRM
- Scheduling and assisting with open for inspection preparation
- Vendor reports
- Vendor/listing ‘service’ management – assisting with campaign preparation
- Preparation of sale documentation and processing for admin team
- Submission of presentation requests for administration team
- Preparation of pre-listing kits
- Ensure compliance procedures are followed and documentation completed
- Attend / coordinate Pre-settlement | Pest & Building inspections
- Coordinating / attending professional photos / floorplans, property videos, marketing material and agent branding
- Client service
- Use of Real Time Agent & ProcessPlan
- Other ad hoc administration duties
Our ideal candidate will have the following;
- A passion for customer service
- Some previous administration or assistant experience
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer skills – MS Office suite /G-suite / general computer ‘savviness’
- An ability to multi task and manage time efficiently
- A team player
- Current drivers licence
