Hardware Hub is a family run retail store located in Pakenham with doors first open back in 2017 and growing everyday in store & online! We stock a wide range of products including Hardware, Pet (Pet food, beds and accessories) Workwear (CAT, Elwood, NXP & beyond) Homewares, Garden, Electrical, Toys and so much more with our ranges growing weekly.
We have a Full Time opportunity Tuesday-Saturday & Sunday-Thursday for an energetic Retail Sales assistant who will be integral to the daily functioning of our store with outstanding customer service experience, motivated by a team vibe & enjoy a fun upbeat environment.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Experience in retail customer service & in a fast-paced environment
- Experience & understanding of Hardware/Workwear/Pet is preferred but not essential
- An interest in people and a patience, positive, caring & helpful approach to our customers & fellow team mates with the ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Self motivated
- Happy to work in a fast paced environment & is able to lift, carry and move stock for customers & stock fill up to 20kg at multiple times daily.
DUTIES
- Focus on creating & maintaining an organised, positive team environment
- Offer exceptional customer service and a warm and friendly shopping experience
- Be responsible for the upkeep of the stores multiple departments based on a rotating roster system.
- Assist with stock control and uphold superior visual merchandising standards
- Act responsibly in compliance with the store’s procedures
