Recruitment Select is seeking an individual looking for an exciting career opportunity. Must have excellent customer service skills to join the team at prominent retail store who specialise in Work/Sportswear and Promotional Items and be prepared to learn the skill of Engraving. This is a permanent Full-time position for the right candidate.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Ensuring an exceptional customer sales experience through your product knowledge, presentation and interpersonal skills that fosters repeat business and a strong business brand within the Goulburn Valley region.
- Incoming and outgoing mail and pickup and collection of same to the post office at agreed intervals.
- Banking in terms of taking cash received from cash instore retail transactions to the nominated bank at the agreed times each week.
- Stationery ordering and mail.
- Ensure that customers know there is someone available to help with anything they need
- Assisting your collective team in achieving its sales targets
- You will provide great customer service in a positive and friendly manner.
- Playing your part to ensure that a happy and cohesive team environment is maintained.
About the successful Candidate:
- Experience working in a team within a retail setting
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Flexibility in terms of work task, work times along with the ability to multi task.
- Firm understanding of sales, promotions, trends and retail markets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Alert, energetic and enthusiastic
- Able to work in fast paced environment
