We are on the lookout for a result oriented, customer focussed individual to be based out of our modern luxury Display Home in Hollyhock Drive.
About the opportunity
The Wilson Homes Sales Associate works closely with the Sales Consultant and is part of the Wilson Homes sales team and reports to the Sales Manager. The key focus of this role is to pre-qualify clients and support them in their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:
- Welcome visitors to the fully furnished Display Home
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the Display Home
- Qualify customers and provide exceptional customer service including answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions
- Supporting the Building and Design Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard and within required timeframes
- Collaborate cross functionally with all departments within Wilson Homes and the NEX Building Group
- Support customers through the new home sales process

- Our customers visit Display Homes mainly over the weekend so you must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (including Monday, Thursday, and Friday)
