SALES ASSOCIATE TO SELLING PRINCIPAL
Shead Property is a longstanding market leader in the Sydney Real Estate market and currently have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in Residential Sales with one of the most successful, established selling Principals on the Lower North Shore.
We will provide ongoing training for a long term career, structured by one of the industries’ most respected trainers, Lee Woodward.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Shead Property are currently seeking a Sales Associate to support our industry leading Selling Principal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Day to day email, phone and diary management
- Prospecting and Lead generation
- Open and Private property Inspections
- Grow, update and maintain database as required
- Grow and maintain individual pipeline of sellers – develop client relationships
YOUR STRENGHTS
- You are motivated and driven
- All experience level
- Hold NSW Real Estate Licence
- Have a Car and NSW Drivers Licence
- You will be able to demonstrate and ability to ensure the performance of the asset is maximised.
- You will be able to prioritise to ensure business objectives are achieved.
- You will have strong communication skills and be able to build positive relationships quickly.
