One of largest state of the art showrooms in Sydney dealing in Hospitality business. We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with Kitchenware experience to add to our expanding team.
Our Group provides an array of services for our client's catering needs. The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the hospitality industry, kitchenware and experience in sales and projects with great attention to detail. Experience in Catering Equipment and Kitchenware is an advantage.
Job Duties:
- Showroom sales of kitchen equipment, kitchenware and crockery.
- To provide exceptional service to new and existing customers
- Establish customers' needs and explain available options, which may involve providing technical descriptions of equipment
- Up sell services – From Shop design, shop construction, marketing & branding to equipment sales.
- Prepare Quotes & Orders
- Plan and work towards meeting sales targets and budgets
- Create & maintain strong supplier relationships
- Manage stock levels and availability
- Basic Logistics – Organize delivery of equipment
- Resolve any customer complaints by investigating problems & develop solutions
- Maintain professional attitude and presentation
- Availability Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Hospitality Industry & Catering Essential
- Previous Customer Service experience desired
- Ability to achieve Sales Targets
- Strong IT knowledge - use of Microsoft Programs, Internet & Databases
- Knowledge of Jim2 ERP system will be an advantage.
