The opportunity:

Our Development line of business are currently seeking a Sales Centre Assistant to join the team based in our Shell Cove 2529 Sales and Display Suite in a casual role. Shell Cove is located within the Shellharbour area of the Illawarra region.

The role may potentially be offered as 2, 3, 4 or 5 days/week, Monday to Sunday, depending on candidates’ availability. The Sales and Display Suite’s operating hours are 10.30am to 3.30pm. Some flexibility on start and finish times is possible.

Reporting to the Project Sales Manager (PSM), the Sales Centre Assistant will work closely with the Sales Team and is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the PSM in all facets of the operation of the Sales and Display Suite
  • Meeting and greeting walk-in customers, answering telephone enquiries, and responding to email enquiries within 3 business hours
  • Setting customer expectations and ensuring positive outcomes
  • Inputting new/potential customer information into our Customer Relationship Management system and actioning all opportunities
  • Sending Sales Advices to Sales Administrators for DocuSign and further actioning
  • Efficiently processing sales cancellations
  • Ensuring all Customer Variations are sent to Sales Administrators for Management approval
  • Maintaining an accurate record of Customer Variations
  • Assisting the PSM with market research and analysis of competitors including sales data, products and prices, promotional activities and incentives, and comparison of competitors’ products with Frasers Property products
  • Ensuring continuous updating of statistics on Excel spreadsheets

Requirements

You may have all or some of the following skills and experience:

  • A professional personal presentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • An ability to liaise effectively with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
  • Adept at taking the initiative, and at working on your own and in a team
  • A demonstrated passion for achieving excellent customer outcomes
  • Punctuality, reliability, ethical behaviour, and excellent attention to detail are essential attributes
  • Competency in SAP, Word, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 tools
