As part of the Peninsula Group of Companies, you will be joining THE global leader in HR consultancy and software with over 130,000 clients worldwide and over 3,500 employees worldwide.
You'll play a pivotal role in developing and motivating our telesales consultants, helping them achieve their full potential and smash sales targets. You'll be a part of a broader training team across the country, led by the Head of Sales Training who is passionate about developing their team, up lifting performance and ensuring our sales teams achieve their goals across the business. This is a NEW role in our Perth office and one in which you get to make your own.
You will be responsible for:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, providing personalized feedback and guidance to help sales consultants improve their performance.
- Monitor call recordings and identify areas for improvement, offering constructive criticism and coaching tips.
- Motivate and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of coaching programs.
- Minimum 2 years of tele sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, objection handling techniques, and effective communication strategies over the phone.
- A passion for coaching and mentoring others, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a positive learning environment.
- Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
- Full working rights and the ability to work Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
