Job description

Due to our rapid growth and success, we’ve got too many appointments than we can handle, so we’re looking for you to join our team.

4. A proven, high converting process: Over the last 18 years we’ve perfected our process to turn prospects into clients. There’s no guesswork, you just use our high converting framework and get the results for you and our clients. 

5. Full training: We believe that you deserve to be trained so you can be successful. We’ll pay for your travel and accommodation for the first few weeks so you can meet your colleagues and understand about the business at our head office in Sydney. Then our Options (Sales) Manager and leadership team get you up to speed on our products and how to excel at your role with continuous ongoing training and coaching online 

6. Nationally recognised certificates and diplomas: If you’re eligible, we give you the time and financial resources to get formal certificates and diploma level qualifications from Australia’s leading education providers

8. Weekly pay: Yep, that’s right. Don’t wait around till the end of the month to be paid, we process payroll every week. 

The Role 

While this is a sales role, we prefer to call our team Options Consultants because it reflects what we’re all about… giving people options to overcome debt and credit problems.  

It’s a ridiculously popular service,that’s a big part of why we’re growing so fast.  

Every week we speak to thousands of potential clients as inbound leads, our appointment setters contact our inbound leads fill up your calendar with potential clients that are pre-qualified and ready to go.  

That’s where you come in. Your job is simple, contact the booked appointments, assess their financial situation and offer solutions to help using our proven process that we’ve perfected over the last 18 years.  

There is never any cold calling, prospecting or wasted time. We’re way too busy for any of that. 

The range of the potential clients you’ll speak with is huge! Anything from people who have unmanageable debt to celebrities and directors of public companies who have accidently ruined their credit rating by forgetting to pay a bill on time.  

Not to mention, the work is extremely rewarding because you’re making a real difference in someone’s life. 

This is a full-time telephone-based role, weekdays only, varying shifts between 10am and 8pm.

Driven and self motivated: While your calendar will be full of appointments, this is a role for people who are driven and want to achieve results. 

Great verbal communication and interpersonal skills: You build rapport with people and understand their motivations, goals and challenges quickly. 

Comfortable in a high performing team: You’ll love challenging yourself and your colleagues with friendly competition, banter and fun 

Are an experienced and confident sales professional: You’ll use your experience in telesales and/or sales to excel in the role
