The Role

As a Learning Advisor at Cluey Learning, you're not just selling a product; you're changing lives. You'll be responsible for:

• Sales of our online education tutoring services for students
• Working with a pipeline of warm and qualified leads – Outbound phone-based sales
• Have consultative relationships with parents and students about their learning needs
• Delivering exceptional customer service and develop rapport with parents
• Efficiently managing leads within our CRM system (Salesforce)
• Being a self-motivated go-getter, driven to surpass monthly KPIs

A Bit About You

We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about sales but also:

• 3+ years of phone-based sales experience in a high-volume environment is desirable!
• Friendly, warm, and enjoys building genuine rapport with customers
• A strong drive for personal achievement and an ability to exceed KPIs
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes challenges
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Can work independently but thrives when working as part of a team

Requirements

• Must be located in Sydney NSW with valid Australian working rights.
• Able to commute to the Sydney CBD, Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
• Currently hold or be willing to apply for a current NSW - WWCC (Working with Children Check)
