The role
At PlenaCura, our focus is that you provide exceptional customer service to ensure our clients have the best experience possible. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of inbound/outbound calls. You will support our clients to ensure they have a great customer experience by answering their queries and supporting them in choosing the right products that suit their individual needs
Requirements
About you
- Phone and F2F based sales experience in a high-volume environment is a must!
- Motivation and drive to meet sales targets
- Successfully manage a pipeline of warm leads with outbound calls
- To thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A strong drive for personal achievement and success
- Build immediate rapport with sales leads with high conversion to customers
When, Where And How
Our Contact Centre operates over 7 days per week, 24 hours per day with scheduled rosters and that are provided in advance. Our Sales team will work full-time Monday to Friday. Located at CQUniversity Rockhampton, the location has access to onsite parking, 24 hour security, food outlets, amenities (GYM) and public transport.

The Successful Candidates Will Have
- Customer Service/Sales experience ideally in a contact centre environment
- Technically savvy and able to learn new technologies, products and systems relevant to the role
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve issues for clients
- Problem solver and multitasker
- Self-motivated, passionate, highly efficient, proactive and professional
