Specific Accountabilities

- Ensures ILU Resales Occupancy targets are met if applicable.
- Ensures ILU New Pre-sales targets are met if applicable.
- Ensures effective communication with local population by networking with retirees and conducting local regional presentations and participating in local events and open days.
- Ensures effective development and management of Priority Register.
- Ensure all new contracts are accurate and executed in a timely manner.
- Ensures the accuracy of contact information by maintaining SLS database with accurate and complete records of all enquiries.
- Ensures Reservations, Sales & Occupancy rates figures are accurate in Sales reports.
- Contributes to client satisfaction through provision of accurate information when handling customer enquiries and sales interviews, and through responding to all enquiries within 24 hours.
- Contributes to the delivery of the sales budget for new ILUs or Resales with Village management by organising and managing sales activities that deliver the required outcomes.
- Contributes to the Sales budgets by supporting budget plans.
- Contributes to the development of the safety culture by keeping their workplace safe, clean and tidy, complying with site safety rules, reporting hazards, incidents, near misses and injuries to their supervisor, participating in workplace consultation activities and actively participating in any other safety activities as prescribed in the WHSIMS.
Education and Experience
- Strong and demonstrable sales experience.
- Microsoft Excel and Word Skills as well as knowledge of databases.
