Vanstyn Constructions is a family-owned Queensland company. We are an appointed seller and installer of the market-leading Stratco Outback range of patios, Decks & Carports. As a local Queensland Stratco dealer, we are currently experiencing exponential growth and are now seeking to appoint an energetic and results orientated individual to be part of our continuing growth.

Duties
You will report to the business manager and your day will comprise of several duties, from reviewing prequalified Stratco sales leads to arranging a time to meet with clients to conduct site inspections and discuss the best Stratco option for them. Prepare estimations and determine potential installation times for client acceptance, submit plans for council approval and maintain contact with the client on the progress of their job through to completion and handover.
Skills
- Have a minimum of 3 years proven industry or products sales experience
- Sound knowledge of the building industry
- Have sound prioritisation and time management skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have high attention to detail and personal presentation
- Have the ability to read basic construction drawings
- Be able to use Microsoft office and Excel programs
- Have a current Australian driver licence
